How fast is “within 24 hours”?
The clock starts the moment you send your brief, and your brief's page counts down to the time your videos are ready.
What counts as one video?
One finished video up to 90 seconds, in every size you picked. A long YouTube video of 3 to 10 minutes counts as three.
What should I film?
Talk to the camera on your phone, in good light, somewhere quiet. Don't worry about pauses or retakes: your editor cuts them out.
What if I don't like a video?
Ask for changes right on the video. One revision round is included with every video, then €25 a round. Anything that misses your brief is always fixed free.
Can the videos look like my brand?
Yes. Add your logo, colours and fonts once, or start from your website, and every video uses them, with your logo on the end card.
Which platforms are they for?
