Which plan should I pick?
Count the videos you post in a month. Two or three a week comes to about ten, which is Starter; one every working day is Growth.
Can I mix short videos, carousels and YouTube videos?
Yes, in any month. A short video or a carousel uses one of your plan's videos, a long YouTube video of 3 to 10 minutes uses three.

What counts as one video?
One finished video up to 90 seconds, in every size you picked. A long YouTube video of 3 to 10 minutes counts as three, and a carousel post counts as one.
How much footage can I send?
Up to 10 minutes per video, pooled over the brief, so a brief for five videos can use 50 minutes of footage.
What does a revision round cover?
Every change you ask for on a video at once. One round is included with each video, and more are €25 a round. Fixing anything that misses your brief never counts as a round.
Do extra sizes cost more?
No. Every size comes from the same edit, so 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 are all included.
How fast is “within 24 hours”?
The clock starts the moment you send your brief, and your brief's page counts down to the time your videos are ready.
